Terms ofservice.

This site and its programs are operated by Blush With Me LLC (“Blush With Me”, “we”, “us”), the online education business of Parmita Katkar. You can reach us at care@parmitakatkar.com.

We sell online courses, live classes and personal coaching in face yoga and image transformation. Each program is sold with a stated access term — some grant lifetime access, some are available for a set period, and a live class takes place on the dates shown on its page — and what you receive is what is described on that program’s page at the time you buy it.

Access is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not share, resell or give your account or your program access to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Prices are shown at checkout, in your local currency where available, and payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our payment providers.

Our programs are digital products: you receive access to the content, or your place in a live class, as soon as your payment is confirmed. For that reason all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is complete we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges, including if you do not use the program, change your mind, or are unable to attend a live session. Where the law would give you a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, you agree, by completing your purchase, that access begins immediately and that you therefore lose that right once it has begun.

Please read each program’s details carefully before you buy, and email us at care@parmitakatkar.com with any questions first. If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or you cannot access something you paid for, email us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Please use the site and its content lawfully and for your own learning. Do not copy, record, redistribute or publicly share the course materials, live classes or their recordings; do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site; and do not use it in any way that harms other users or us.

All course videos, written materials, images and branding are owned by Blush With Me LLC / Parmita Katkar and are protected by copyright. Buying a program gives you a personal licence to view it for your own use — it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

Our programs teach face yoga, facial exercise and massage, skincare and makeup techniques for general wellbeing and appearance. They are not medical, dermatological or cosmetic treatment, and nothing on this site or in our programs is medical advice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

If you have a medical or skin condition, are pregnant, or have had recent procedures or injectables, please check with your doctor before you begin, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort. You take part at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blush With Me LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or our programs, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Blush With Me LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be decided by the courts there. If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including any right they give you to bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, please email us first — most problems can be solved quickly and informally.

We may update these terms as the service changes; the date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version in force when you bought a program applies to that purchase. Questions about these terms can be sent to care@parmitakatkar.com.
