The 5-6-7 FaceRestoration Challenge
5 methods · 6 days · 7 minutes a day · 3 rounds
A guided six-day face-restoration workbook: one exercise, one massage, one treatment, one lifestyle shift and one change on the plate each day — seven minutes in all, with Parmita demonstrating every movement.
Your progress
Run the six days three times: once to learn the movements, once to feel them properly, once to make them yours. Tick a day off after each round.

I’m Parmita — International Face Yoga & Image Coach, with years of work beside women over 40 behind me. If you are reading this, you filled in a small form and an email brought you here: that was the whole price of admission.
Over the next six days I’ll walk you through a restoration challenge that asks for no needles and no procedures — only your own two hands, seven minutes, and a little daily honesty. Think of it as the first page of your own face story.
Dear friend,
You are beginning a six-day journey of natural restoration, built on five method families that experts in this field have trusted for years. Before the work starts, I want to be honest with you about what time does — because honesty is where restoration begins.
Skin thins. It turns a little papery. Firmness goes quietly, and something changes beneath the surface long before you see it on top. None of that is failure; it is simply the direction of travel when nothing pushes back.
A surgeon once put the pushing-back into one sentence I have never forgotten: what makes a face look younger is not tightening the skin above — it is restoring the muscle beneath it. Face yoga is that principle put to work, with nothing but your own bare hands.
Thank you for trusting me with your six days. I do not take a minute of them lightly.

Five methods, one order.
Every day below follows the same fixed sequence, so you never have to decide what comes next. All five together take about seven minutes.
Face exercise
Targeted movement that trains the facial muscles.
Face massage
Hands-on work that moves blood and lymph.
Treatment
A DIY mask or a skincare step that feeds the skin.
Lifestyle adjustment
One small shift in how the day is lived.
Nutrition support
One change on the plate that backs it all up.
Six days, six jobs.
Blood flow
More oxygen and nutrients delivered where the skin rebuilds.
Collagen support
Stimulates the structural rebuilding beneath the surface.
Hydration + plumping
Restores moisture and visible volume.
Lift + sculpt
Counters sagging the natural way.
Muscle tone
Strengthens the structure of the face.
De-puff + drain
Defines the facial contours.
Eight rules that multiply it.
The seven-minute routine works — that is what the six days below are for. But a routine lives inside a day, and the day can work for it or against it. These eight habits are the multiplier. Treat every one as non-negotiable for the week.

Face-tapping activation
After your serum, tap with soft fingertips: clavicle first, then neck, jaw, cheeks, the eye area, forehead, hairline. Gentle and rhythmic, never dragging.
The taps wake the acupressure points, move lymph, and help everything you just applied absorb.
Non-negotiable
Lights out by 10:30
Be in the dark by about 10:30 PM. The skin's deep repair window runs overnight, and it cannot be rescheduled.
Sleep is the strongest skincare there is — nothing in a jar competes with it.
Non-negotiable
Mind what you watch
Evenings are for whatever makes you laugh or feel warm. Save the heavy, fear-driven feeds for daylight — or skip them altogether.
Fear before sleep shows up on the face: tension, inflammation, and a worse night's rest.
Non-negotiable
No sugar after 7 PM
After seven in the evening, the sweet things wait for tomorrow.
Evening sugar drives glycation and insulin spikes — it stresses collagen and degrades the overnight repair you just protected.
Non-negotiable
Finished two hours before bed
Cleanse away the makeup, the sunscreen and the day, and have your skincare done a full two hours before you lie down.
Products belong in the skin, not on the pillow.
Non-negotiable
A fresh pillowcase every three days
Change the pillowcase every three days — silk or satin when you can manage it.
Residue, friction and sleep lines all work quietly against the restoration you are doing by day.
Non-negotiable
Move, and drink your water
Move every day, and drink about 2.5 litres of water with a squeeze of lime in it. Skip the sugary drinks that call themselves health.
Hydration, vitamin C and lymph flow — three things the face reads almost immediately.
Non-negotiable
Cook at home this week
For these six days, let your own kitchen feed you.
Cooking at home gives you the salt, the oils, the sugar and the quality — the kitchen is part of the skincare system.
Non-negotiable

“You cannot tighten your way to a younger face. Wake the muscle underneath it, and the skin follows.”
Wake the circulation.
Everything the skin repairs with — oxygen, nutrients — arrives by blood. Day one opens the supply lines: every method today exists to get things moving.
01—Face exercise
Fill your cheeks with air and seal your lips. Now try to smile, lifting the cheeks against the pressure. Hold for a moment, release, and repeat.

Wakes the cheek muscles, drives fresh blood through them, and supports a fuller, more lifted look.
02—Face massage
Apply a hydrating serum first. Press your palms flat over cheeks, forehead and chin, then bounce upward with your fingertips — light, quick taps that always travel up.

Helps the serum sink in, moves blood and lymph, and leaves the skin with a plumper glow.
03—Treatment
Mix raw honey with a little fresh ginger juice. Wear it as a brief mask, then rinse and pat dry.
Ginger warms the skin and stirs microcirculation; honey hydrates while it sits.
04—Lifestyle
Run a humidifier today — above all overnight, while the skin does its repair work.
Less moisture lost to the air means better overnight repair.
05—Nutrition
Drink more water than usual, lean on hydrating foods, and add an omega-3 source to one meal.
Feeds elasticity and the moisture barrier, and quiets inflammation.
Blood flow
The supply lines are open.
Support the collagen.
Collagen is the scaffolding under everything you can see. Today you work a little deeper and slower, giving the structure a reason to rebuild.
01—Face exercise
Work in slow resistance from the jawline up toward the forehead, using small knuckle circles and letting the skin meet gentle pressure at every stop.

Circulation plus fibroblast activity — the cells behind collagen and elastin.
02—Face massage
Roll your knuckles upward and outward across the face, from the neck up to the corners of the mouth and on — a little deeper than yesterday's taps.

Deeper pressure releases held tension and supports the structure underneath.
03—Skincare
Press — don't rub — a vitamin C serum into clean, slightly damp skin.
Supports collagen synthesis, adds antioxidant protection, and brightens the tone.
04—Lifestyle
Tonight, notice how you sleep. Favour your back; if you sleep on your side, ease how hard the face presses into the pillow.
Less compression on the face through the hours you cannot supervise.
05—Nutrition
Build today's meals around vitamin C, zinc and protein — leafy greens, nuts and seeds, citrus, peppers.
The raw material of elasticity, delivered where the skin can use it.
Collagen support
The scaffolding is rebuilding.
Hydrate and plump.
A hydrated face is a plumper face. Day three restores moisture from every direction at once — hands, masks, and what goes on the plate.
01—Face exercise
Tilt your head back and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Swallow with your lips closed, hold briefly, then repeat.

Strengthens under the chin and along the jawline — the area that reads loose first.
02—Face massage
Sweep sculpting strokes along the cheekbones, from beside the nose outward to the temples, one side at a time.

Circulation and lymph drainage, and a visibly lifted line through the mid-face.
03—Treatment
Blend aloe vera with glycerin into a hydrating mask. Rinse, then follow with your serum and moisturiser.
The humectants pull moisture into the skin, and fine lines soften with it.
04—Lifestyle
Spend a brief moment with your head below your heart — a simple forward fold is enough.
A temporary rush of blood flow, and a fresher colour after it.
05—Nutrition
Reach for silica-rich and omega-3 foods today — cucumber, peppers, leafy greens, oats, salmon, flax.
Hydration and plumpness built from the inside.
Hydration + plumping
Moisture in, volume back.
Lift and sculpt.
Sagging is not answered by pulling the skin tighter; it is answered by training what holds the skin up. Today is the training day.
01—Face exercise
Place your fingertips on the key areas — temples, forehead — and make big expressions against that gentle resistance. Move through the whole face, one expression at a time.

A full-face resistance workout that trains many muscles at once.
02—Face massage
Cradle the face in your palms and glide slowly outward over the nasolabial folds and cheeks — deep, unhurried strokes.

Stretches and engages the mid-face, exactly where lift is decided.
03—Treatment
Mix rice flour with rose water into a firming mask. Let it work, then rinse.
A temporary tightening, gentle exfoliation, and a dose of B vitamins.
04—Lifestyle
Watch your facial posture today. Catch the jaw clenching, the brow knitting, the expressions you hold without noticing.
Tension you have noticed is tension you can put down.
05—Nutrition
Add sprouts to one meal — mung or alfalfa.
Plant protein and antioxidants for the muscles you just trained.
Lift + sculpt
Trained upward, not pulled.
Tone and drain.
Tone needs drainage: a strong face that holds fluid still reads as puffy. Day five strengthens and clears at the same time.
01—Face exercise
Rest your palms just below the collarbone and move the jaw in slow, controlled repetitions, always draining down toward the collarbone points.

Moves lymph toward its exit points and reduces puffiness.
02—Face massage
Stroke a kansa wand — or a gua sha, or the back of a cool spoon — outward and downward along the lymph pathways of the face and neck.

De-puffs, and calms the whole face while it works.
03—Treatment
Chill brewed black tea, soak a compress, and rest it over closed eyes.
Caffeine, tannins and cold — three honest answers to under-eye puffiness.
04—Lifestyle
Take a few minutes of slow diaphragmatic breathing — into the belly, out longer than in.
Lymph moves on breath, and the stress chemistry settles with it.
05—Nutrition
Ease off sodium today, and add potassium-rich, anti-inflammatory foods in its place.
Fluid balance — the quiet half of a defined face.
Muscle tone
Strong — and drained.
De-puff and define.
The final day defines. The deepest cheek work of the week, then everything drains, cools and settles into contour.
01—Face exercise
Puff your cheeks full and hold your lips sealed with your fingers. Exhale slowly from one corner of the mouth, refill, and repeat for a longer set than feels easy.

The deepest cheek-toning work of the whole challenge.
02—Face massage
Sculpt upward with your knuckles from the nasolabial folds toward the cheekbones and temples, then finish with a lift through the brow and forehead.

Trains the tissue in the direction you want it to live.
03—Treatment
Whisk an egg white into a tightening mask — flaxseed gel is the vegan option. Apply, let it set, rinse.
A temporary firming film to finish the week's work.
04—Lifestyle
Finish your cleanse with cold water or a chilled mist.
A brief constriction of the vessels — less puffiness, moisture locked in.
05—Nutrition
Start with warm lemon water, eat potassium-rich and anti-inflammatory food, and skip alcohol and heavy salt entirely today.
A natural fluid flush to end on.
De-puff + drain
Defined, and done.
What you built.
Better circulation
Blood arriving where the skin rebuilds.
Collagen support
The structure beneath, stimulated daily.
Higher hydration
Moisture held, volume visible again.
Lifted-looking contours
Sagging countered the natural way.
Improved tone
Facial muscle that answers when asked.
Reduced puffiness
Contours drained and defined.
Six days ago this page was a set of instructions. Today it is a practice, and the practice is yours — run it again from Day 1 whenever you are ready. Round 2 is called Feel for a reason.
Twenty-one days, one face story.
Six days prove the face responds to daily practice. The 21-Day Face Yoga Mastery Program is the structured next step: beginner to advanced across one sequenced journey — jawline, eyes, cheeks, forehead, neck — working the deeper muscles for lasting structural change, a daily habit you can sustain, and a community rewriting their face stories.
Thank you for showing up.
Six days of your own attention is a gift — to your face, and to the woman it belongs to. Whatever brought you here, I am glad you came, and I hope these pages made the daily seven minutes feel simple enough to keep.
